… pay the conference fee?
Conference fee is 15 euros for PhD students and 30 euros for other participants (for payments in RSD: middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia). It covers the lunches and refreshments. The final deadline for payment is 10th May. Instructions for advance payments can be provided upon request. Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.
On the day of the Conference, please bring the proof of the payment of your participation fee (per participant and NOT per paper) with you. The conference fee is not refundable.

… get invoice about my payment?
The final invoice is provided by the Faculty of Philosophy upon request only. If you need invoice, please, contact us via e-mail: bme@ff.uns.ac.rs. Please, send us the following information: name, address, proof of the payment.
After the payment confirmation, we can send you the final invoice via e-mail.

… cancel my registration? Will I be refunded?
In a case of cancellation please contact us by e-mail immediately. The conference fee is not refundable.

To submit your presentation, please load it onto the appropriate PC during the break period prior to the session start time. A moderator or staff person should be present to assist you. Please deliver it on a USB drive.

To send us your full paper, you should use our online form. The link is on the right side of the home page (upload your paper/paper submission). Please note: before you send your paper, please read our Paper Guidelines (available here). Before you submit your paper, you should allow pop-up.
