Dragana Milin is an assistant with a doctorate at the Department of Media Studies, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She completed her graduate studies in Informatics in 2002 at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Novi Sad. In 2006, she completed her master degree in Management in Informatics at the Faculty of Management, and in 2014 she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “The influence of organizational culture and organizational structure on the success of projects” at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad in the field of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management.
She has extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of various types of projects. She dealt with projects in the field of information and communication technologies, process management in companies, as well as the implementation of a large number of international projects financed through various funds of the European Union. Also, she attended a large number of seminars, conferences, trainings and congresses, both at the local and international level, in which she participated by presenting her works and projects, as well as actively participating in discussions and working groups.
