Sanja Kljajić

Sanja Kljajić is a teaching assistant at the Department of Media Studies, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She completed bachelor studies in Journalism and master degree in Communication Studies at the Department of Media Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad. She is currently a student of the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies in the Field of Social and Humanities at the same Faculty. In her scientific work, she mainly deals with public service media and audience research. She is also engaged as a permanent correspondent for the German public service Deutsche Welle. She is the vice president of the Independent Association of Journalists of Serbia and a member of the Expert Group for Broadcasting of the European Federation of Journalists.

She is the winner of the “Dušan Bogavac” ethics and courage award in 2016, the “Mirdita, good day” festival award for the documentary film Albanians are our sisters, and the EU award for investigative journalism.
